Our fast-growing team is looking for several Validation Engineers. Whether you are fresh out of college with a passion for electronics, board design, programming, and lab work or a seasoned professional with years of experience, get in touch with us, we would love to speak to you.

Typical Job Responsibilities:

- Develop validation plans for new IPs, Test Chips, and products based on requirements defined by market segments, design architects, and DFT.
- Track the progress of validation, record test results, and document in configuration management systems
- Participate in technical FMEAs, the definition of test coverage, and define new test methodologies.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure IPs, their functionality, behavior, and key parameters to test
- Design, setup, and write test benches to perform full functional validation of the product or IP
- Give inputs for board development, review schematic and layout to ensure correct boards are available before silicon arrives
- Execute functional validation and characterization of IPs and test chips as per the agreed validation plan
- Perform measurements on the lab, with manual as well as automated setups
- Summarize results in Excel or any other equivalent customer-specific database, correlate results with ATE, and resolve any differences
- Automation of regular tasks and documentation.
- Train others on what you learned

Key Qualification Requirements:

- Experience in bench or system validation using industry-standard tools, such as LabView
- Degree or technical qualification in a relevant field
- Good understanding of hardware-software interaction, debugging issues, and structured problem-solving approach
- Deep knowledge of several basic IPs used in semiconductor products, such as ADCs, DACs, PLL, Oscillators, PMU, DC/DC converters, High-speed IOs, and Communication interfaces.
- Expert in one or more programming languages; C, C++, Java, Python.
- Knowledge of semiconductor product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication (in English) and interpersonal skills.
- A can-do attitude and teamwork necessary to work in a multicultural, international team
