Join us at our headquarters in Idstein as an Senior GL Accountant Consolidation & Reporting (m/f/d).

The story begins

- Collaboration and implementation of monthly consolidation with US-GAAP as well as analysis of changes and support in monthly reporting
- Further development of the consolidation process and the consolidation tool
- Coordination, monitoring and checking of general ledger-relevant issues with the responsible departments and foreign entities tax advisors
- Ensuring complete processing of monthly and Year-End closing entries
- Ongoing entries and control in the areas of equity, investments, provisions other general ledger accounts as well as intercompany reconciliation and onward intercompany charges at subsidiaries
- Contact person for our demestic and foreign subsidiaries for group reporting and financial statement related questions
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Support and coordination of projets for process optimization and related implementation (e.g. in the area of account reconciliations and provisions)
- Collaboration with auditors, tax advisors and external third parties
- Process optimization SP4 applications 

Your proven path

- Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or tax law, preferably with additional qualifications as an accountant or international accountant
- At least 5 years of sound professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an internationally operating group desirable
- Good accounting knowledge according to HGB and US-GAAP
- Basic knowledge of consolidation is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Very good written and spoken English
- Analytical skills, strong quality awareness and the willingness to constantly learn new topics are just as important for this as the ability to quickly grasp processes and concisely present optimization potentials
