Your responsibilities

Position Summary: Lead our global Procurement undamp; Supply Management department to optimize the total cost of ownership for parts and services, aligning purchasing processes with business objectives and promoting sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a global procurement strategy that enhances efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all production sites.
• Understand and influence the cost structure and supplier trends to maintain competitive pricing and conditions.
• Conduct market analyses and vet potential suppliers to uphold our standards for quality and reliability.
• Negotiate terms to ensure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements; manage comprehensive contract negotiations.
• Foster stable, long-term relationships with key global suppliers and maintain robust supplier performance metrics.
• Lead a diverse global purchasing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred. Experience in the manufacturing sector, automotive a plus.
• Proven success in global procurement with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical mindset, able to use data and insights to make informed decisions.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Committed to delivering tangible business results and promoting sustainable sourcing.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
