Your tasks

Provide strategic leadership for software development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and realization of the requirements from R&D
Oversee and participation in the technical vision and guide the development teams towards successful project delivery
Lead and coordinate multiple development teams, covering areas such as App Development, Web Development, Backend, and remote Developers
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software development projects.
Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget
Foster collaboration and effective communication within and across teams
Develop and execute the technical roadmap, staying abreast of emerging technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions across the organization
Implement best practices for managing and leading remote development teams
Ensure efficient communication, high team engagement, and sustained productivity
Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the development teams

Proven experience in a leadership role within software development
Strong background in coordinating diverse development teams, covering areas such as App Development, Web, Backend, and remote Developers
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of technology trends and their impact on business
Experience in managing remote teams and implementing effective remote work practices
