Wir haben unser Bildungshaus mit KinderGarten, Eltern- und FamilienGarten im Juni 2022 eröffnet und bieten einen bedürfnisorientierten, interdisziplinären und bilingualen Bildungs- und ❤Ort für das Gelingen von kindlicherPotenzialentfaltung. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bettina-Bretano-Schülerladen suchen wir eine Pädagog:in in leitender Funktion.

Die Kindheit ist das Fundament eines jeden Lebens. In dieser wertvollen Lebensphase sind Kinder für uns die Hauptakteure und somit sind ihre Bedürfnisse der Kern jeglichen Handelns. Mit unserem Beziehungs- und BildungsOrt bieten wir einen offenen und sicheren Entfaltungsraum und begleiten Eltern potentialorientiert, nicht Defizitorientiert, im Dreiklang.

Deine Aufgabe sind …

·       Du begleitest junge Menschen (Kinder) auf Augenhöhe, um dabei ihre Potentiale zu entfalten

·       Du übernimmst als Leitung die Kommunikation mit der zughörigen Grundschule Clemens Brentano, Teilnahme an der Dienstagsrunde, 4x im Jahr an der GK sowie an den Studientagen, Sommerfest, Adventsmarkt, etc

·       Du leitest dein Team an und bist verantwortlich für adminstrative Aufgaben, wie Vertragserstellung, Dienstplanung, Planung von Ferien-Programmen und Veranstaltung für Eltern, etc.

·       Du stärkst die Neugier und intrinsische Motivation der Kinder und damit unterstützt du ihre selbstwirksam Gestaltung ihrer Kompetenzen

·       Du nimmst junge Menschen als Hauptakteure ihrer Bildungs- und Lernprozesse wahr

·       Die nachhaltige Arbeit im Dreiklang zwischen jungen Menschen, Eltern und dem pädagogischen Team

·       Persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung in Verbindung mit nachhaltiger Reflexion im Team

·       Gewaltfrei Kommunikation, vorurteilsbewusstes Handeln und Inklusion sind Pfeiler deines täglichen Handelns

·       Beachtung aller notwendigen Maßnahmen der Fürsorge und Aufsichtspflicht sowie der Gesundheitsförderung

·       Du schaffst Halt und Sicherheit im pädagogischen Alltag

·       Kindheitspädagog:innen  bzw. jemanden mit einem gleichwertigen Abschluss, gerne mit Leitungserfahrung oder Fortbildung in Leitungsaufgaben

·       Kolleg:innen, die im Aufbau- und Entstehungsprozess mitwirken und ihre Erfahrungen einbringen

·       Kolleg:innen,** mit Haltung, die Freude** daran haben junge Menschen und ihre Familien sensibel und empathisch zu begleiten

Our Blützeit BildungsHaus is growing ....

We opened our Bildungshaus with KinderGarten, ElternGarten and FamilienGarten in June 2022 and offer a needs-orientated, interdisciplinary and bilingual educational and ❤place for the successful development of children's potential. In cooperation with the Bettina Bretano school shop, we are looking for a pedagogue in a leading position.

Our vision

Childhood is the foundation of every life. In this valuable phase of life, children are the main actors for us and therefore their needs are at the heart of everything we do. With our relationship and education centre, we offer an open and safe space for development and support parents in a potential-oriented, not deficit-oriented, triad.

Your tasks are ...

·       You accompany young people (children) at eye level in order to develop their potential

·       You will be responsible for communication with the associated primary school Clemens Brentano, participation in the Tuesday meeting, 4 times a year at the GK and at the study days, summer festival, Advent market, etc

·       You lead your team and you are responsible for administrative tasks such as drawing up contracts, duty planning, planning holiday programmes and events for parents, etc.

·       You strengthen the children's curiosity and intrinsic motivation and thus support their self-efficacy in developing their skills

·       You recognise young people as the main actors in their educational and learning processes

·       Sustainable work in the triad between young people, parents and the pedagogical team

·       Personal and professional development in conjunction with sustainable reflection within the team

·       Non-violent communication, prejudice-conscious behaviour and inclusion are pillars of your daily work

·       Observance of all necessary measures of care and supervision as well as health promotion

·       You create stability and security in everyday pedagogical work

We are looking for ...

·       Educators with state recognition or childhood educators or someone with an equivalent qualification, preferably with management experience or further training in management tasks

·       Colleagues who are involved in the development and creation process and contribute their experience

·       Colleagues with attitude who enjoy accompanying young people and their families sensitively and empathetically

·       Colleagues who are motivated and enthusiastic about breaking new ground and want to learn new things
