Your responsibilities

• You will provide administrative and organizational support to our management (COO) in the day-to-day operations of thyssenkrupp Uhde GmbH.
• As an interface between the management and our specialist departments, you guarantee seamless communication - in English and German.
• You will be responsible for preparing and designing presentations for stakeholders at different levels of the company.
• You take on small topic-specific projects, prepare their content independently and present them.
• Active support in the preparation of reports and processing of technical issues is also part of your tasks.
• You will be responsible for independently researching current trends in the context of chemical plant engineering.
• This also includes the preparation and follow-up of documents and the preparation of minutes.

Your profile

• Current studies in the field of engineering at an advanced stage.
• A strong sense of responsibility as well as discretion and loyalty.
• Previous experience in plant engineering or mechanical engineering is desirable but not a must-have.
• Sound knowledge of common MS Office applications.
• Organizational talent, ability to work independently undamp; team player.
• Confident communication in English and at least B1 level in German
• A self-confident appearance.
