We are recruiting for a Manager (m|f|d) of Sartorius Academy, homebased in Europe at Sartorius StedimBiotech GmbH. In this role, you will drive the conceptual framework and the customer engagement strategy for our Academy. Within the Academy, Sartorius customers, internal and external experts will meet to share their knowledge and learn in order to co-create solutions for biopharmaceutical applications and processes.


Aboutthejob
Defining the settings of the virtual and real Sartorius Academy that facilitates collaborative learning
Attracting and empowering internal experts to become programmeteam members and to identify strategic partners externally
Building trustful customer relationships to co-create valuable learning events
Increasing the understanding of the customer value chain and its applications within Sartorius
Planning resources and budget to run and promote the Academy internally and externally
Leading the Academy team and aligning activities with other training centreteams and learning communities
Scouting for new customer challenges to be implemented in Academy Programme


Aboutyou
University degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology or similar discipline combined with strong work experience
Strong work experience in international biopharmaceutical company
Possesses extensive knowledge in discovery, developing and production of biopharmaceuticals from the customers’ perspective
In a Team lead role or as Laboratory Manager, you gained first leadership experience
Strategic background with a clear understanding of developing customer-centric organisationsis beneficial, initial engagement as opinion leader/ influencer beneficial
Experience in sales and marketing and/or in blended learning formats would be beneficial
As open-minded personality with can-do and entrepreneurship mentality, you are excellent in communication, presentation and cooperation within interdisciplinary and intercultural Teams
Excellentin English languageskills
Ready to travel ~40% internationally, including travel to the headquarters in Goettingen
