• Holistic care, including medical treatments and preventive measures.
• Observing the patient for reactions to treatments, medications, changes in his physical and emotional condition and reporting
to the team lead.
• Basic nursing and treatment nursing measures with all the associated preventions.
• Taking care of the wound care and changing the bandages
• Working in shifts
• Assess the patient's care status and initiate an upgrade if necessary.
• Arranging the preventive measures necessary for the safety and care of the patient and post-op care.
• Maintenance and monitoring of medical devices
• Proper and professional handling of drugs and narcotics including their correct documentation
• Management of the entire care documentation and regular submission to the Team management and/or nursing
service management as part of the nursing visit.
• Submission of nursing documentation to team management in the event of a change in condition or deviation from
treatment plan.
• Ensure the quality standards and work in the continuous improvement process
