für einen familiengeführten Landgasthof in Dornstadt bei Ulm

Wir sind ein familiengeführter Landgasthof in Dornstadt bei Ulm in Baden-Württemberg und führen unseren Betrieb seit 1962. Wir suchen ab sofort einen Koch (m/w/d), der verantwortungsbewusst arbeitet und Freude am Kochen hat. Auch Bewerbende aus dem Ausland sind ausdrücklich willkommen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Selbstständige Organisation der Küche (Planung, Vorbereitung, Hygiene).
• Zubereitung von Speisen im täglichen Restaurantbetrieb.
• Kochen bei größeren Feiern und Veranstaltungen.

Notwendig (muss vorhanden sein)

• Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung, die in Ihrem Heimatland anerkannt ist.
• Bereitschaft, sich in die deutsche und schwäbische Küche einzuarbeiten (regionale Küche aus Süddeutschland).
• Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau B1 (Sie können einfache Gespräche führen und Arbeitsanweisungen verstehen).

Wünschenswert (kann vor Ort gelernt werden)

• Erfahrung mit deutscher, regionaler oder europäischer Küche.
• Erfahrung in der Organisation von Küchenabläufen.
• Interesse an regionalen Produkten und traditioneller Küche.

We are looking for a cook (all genders) who can start as soon as possible, works responsibly and enjoys cooking. Applicants from abroad are explicitly welcome.

• Cooking for the daily restaurant business.
• Cooking for larger events and celebrations.

Required (must have)

• Completed vocational training as a cook, officially recognised in your home country.
• Willingness to learn German and Swabian cuisine (a regional cuisine from Southern Germany).
• German language skills at level B1 (you can understand the main points in clear standard language, follow work instructions and have simple conversations at work).

Desired (can be learned on the job)

• Experience with German, regional or European cuisine.
• Experience in organising kitchen processes.
• Interest in regional products and traditional cuisine.
