Wir suchen ab sofort einen kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Einkauf/Verkauf für eine Vollzeitstelle in Stuttgart.

Arbeitsort: Stuttgart Beginn: ab sofort Vergütung: ca. 3.000–3.500 € brutto pro Monat Sprache: Deutsch C1 erforderlich

Aufgaben

• Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Anfragen, Angeboten und Bestellungen
• Durchführung des Beschaffungsvorgangs von der Anfrage bis zur termingerechten Lieferung
• Vorbereitung von Kalkulationen anhand von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Kundenanfragen
• Lieferantenauswahl und Lieferantenbewertung
• Vertragsgestaltung und Vertragsabschlüsse
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung und Projektleitung

Anforderungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und technische Affinität
• Alternativ: technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung, z. B. Techniker oder Fachwirt
• Mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung
• Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
• Selbstständige, präzise und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
• Organisationstalent und Freude an Teamarbeit

Tasks

• Handling the complete procurement process from inquiry to on-time delivery
• Preparing calculations based on specifications and customer inquiries
• Selecting and evaluating suppliers
• Preparing and concluding contracts
• Close cooperation with production and project management

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and technical affinity
• Alternatively: technical training with commercial further qualification, e.g. technician or business specialist
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• German language skills at C1 level
• Independent, precise and forward-looking working style
• Organizational skills and enjoyment of teamwork
