We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team specializing in Service for our CDD SERVICE Department in Gross-Gerau, Hessen, Germany

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Qualifications

Education/ Experience:

  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences, including handling difficult customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Organizational and Process Skills: Efficiently manage administrative tasks, follow up on open WIP status, and prepare customer offers, quotations, and invoices. Your ability to stay organized and maintain a cool head under pressure is crucial.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI, to assist the service team with administration, organization, invoicing, and customer interactions.
  • Customer Focus and Accountability: Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions while holding yourself and others accountable to meet commitments and ensure high standards of service.
