Für einen internationalen Technologie-Dienstleister in Malta suchen wir Hindi-sprechende Bewerber für eine kundenorientierte Online-Position in einem modernen Studio-Umfeld. Die Stelle eignet sich auch für Berufseinsteiger – Schulung inklusive.
This role involves working in a live studio environment, interacting with online users and delivering a smooth, engaging digital experience. No prior experience is required — full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and host interactive online sessions
- Provide a professional, engaging experience for users
- Maintain high service and presentation standards
- Participate in internal activities and initiatives
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Report operational issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Requirements
- No previous experience required – full training provided
- Fluent Hindi
- Conversational English (B1 or above)
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (including weekends and holidays)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, comfortable in a multicultural environment
