What to Expect: Location: Berlin, Germany Duration: 6 months Start date: March 2024 Time type: Part time (20hrs p/w) NOTE: A minimum of C1 German is required for this role. Tesla is looking for an amazing and motivated new working student within People. As part of the People organization, you will support our Berlin based HR Shared Service Payroll Team in delivering first line support for our employees regarding payroll related questions. Our Shared Service Team is the go-to point for HR related administrative topics and is handling requests regarding various topics on a daily base. We are looking for a reliable, autonomous, and diligent person who will support our payroll team with the work on standard requests and will help us achieving a common goal: deliver the best possible employee experience.

What You’ll Do: • Support our HR Shared Service Payroll Team throughout with the daily business • Assist with the requests of our employees in the ticket system • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the team (E.g. document creation) • Support on ad hoc requests and tasks as requested

What You’ll Bring: • Pursuing a degree in HR, Administration or related • Structured way of work and good administrative skills • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Profciency in both German (C1) and English (B2) • Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR/administration is preferred • Customer Service experience is a highly welcomed
