We are currently seeking a qualified Technical Project Controller (m/f/d) to join our team under an employee leasing agreement. The assignment will be with a well-established company near Karlsruhe operating in a high-security, technically demanding environment. This role offers the opportunity to apply and further develop your expertise in controlling and project management within a highly specialised context.

Assignment Details: Location: Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen (near Karlsruhe) Assignment Period: 1 July 2025 – 31 May 2026 Working Hours: Between 08:00 and 20:00 (flexitime) Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours Additional Benefits: According to collective agreement Application Deadline: 26 May 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Independent technical project controlling across various projects and departments
• Scheduling and timeline management
• Variance analysis and implementation of corrective actions
• Project reporting (monthly and quarterly)
• Coordination and further development of risk controlling
• Conducting ad-hoc evaluations and preparing procurement forecasts
• Contributing to the development of project management standards and tools

Your Profile:

• University degree or completed vocational training
• Sound knowledge and several years of experience in project management/controlling (organisation/information, quality/quantity, cost, schedule, contracts)
• In-depth experience in the decommissioning of large-scale facilities
• Excellent command of MS Office, Oracle Primavera, MS Project, and SAP CO; ideally also familiar with Jedox
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and commercial issues
• Willingness to undergo reliability screening in accordance with §12b of the Atomic Energy Act (AtG)
• Proficiency in German (C1 level), both written and spoken
