What you'll expect

  • A dynamic and hands-on role driving IQI’s growth in the premium pet food market across the region West (Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Netherlands, UK, Ireland)
  • The opportunity to acquire and manage international key accounts, acting as the first point of contact for customers
  • Frequent international travel to customers, suppliers, and trade shows to strengthen business relationships
  • Close collaboration with internal teams including Business Development, Logistics & Operations, QA/QC, Finance, and Customer Service
  • Responsibility for sales planning, including budget, forecast, and monthly S&OP updates
  • The chance to analyze customer needs, identify market trends, and contribute to product innovation and new market approaches
  • A professional environment where your input directly impacts the company’s strategic growth

What we expect from you

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the raw materials market, ideally in pet food
  • Relevant experience in a commercial or product development role, preferably in pet food ingredients or a similar international industry
  • Strong account management skills and experience with international (key) accounts
  • A results-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and international environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems (Hubspot, Exact Synergy is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Excellent communication skills in English and preferrably another language
