seeking AI Prompt Evaluators (m/w/d) with strong Chinese language skills to join our growing team in Essen. In this role, you will help shape and enhance AI technologies by creating, refining, and evaluating written prompts and responses in Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, create, and edit short written prompts in Chinese and English
• Ensure factual accuracy, linguistic quality, and stylistic consistency
• Develop conversation flows for smooth, natural AI interactions
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses and provide feedback
• Collaborate with international teams to enhance AI model performance

Requirements

• Valid work permit for Germany
• Ability to work on-site in Essen
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education
• Strong written and verbal skills in Chinese and English (B2 or higher)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse text quality
• Creative mindset and interest in technology and language
• Comfortable working with a variety of topics, including sensitive content
