For an established automotive company with multiple locations in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, we are looking for an experienced professional in automotive service consulting within the premium vehicle sector . Do you have experience in customer service at a car dealership, strong technical understanding, and a passion for providing professional customer support? Your Tasks

• Professional support and consultation of customers in the service department * Vehicle reception as well as creation and processing of workshop orders * Analysis of customer requests and technical consultation regarding maintenance and repair services * Preparing cost estimates and coordinating required work * Acting as the link between customers, workshop teams, and internal departments * Planning and monitoring workshop appointments * Ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process * Maintaining customer data and documenting service orders

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the automotive field, either technical or commercial, such as automotive mechatronics, automotive sales, or a comparable qualification * Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership * Experience with premium vehicle brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, or comparable manufacturers is an advantage * Good knowledge of vehicle technology and repair processes * Strong customer and service orientation * Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance * Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style * Confident handling of modern IT and service management systems * Very good German language skills (minimum B2 level)
