Our company is at the beginning of an exciting journey: We are establishing a modern residential community for outpatient ventilator patients and are looking for motivated and responsible nursing professionals who want to set new standards in outpatient intensive care with us.

• 1:3 care for patients requiring ventilation in a family home
• Time for real care – not rush, but quality A motivated, building team with flat hierarchies and genuine appreciation
• Design room for manoeuvre in processes, processes and team development
• A working environment with modern equipment and a high level of expertise

Your tasks:

• Specialist outpatient intensive care and care for ventilated and non-ventilated patients
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, therapists and family members
• Documentation of care processes according to current standards
• Support in building a professional and compassionate care concept

This is what you bring with you:

• Completed training as a nurse practitioner in your home country (e.g. B. Elderly caregiver, health and nursing nurse or nurse practitioner)
• Ideally additional qualification as a respiratory therapist*in or in anaesthesia and intensive care
• Relevant professional experience in the field of ventilation (basic qualification)
• Empathy, sense of responsibility and willingness to participate Team spirit and openness to new structures

Your profession is regulated in Germany. Even if you finished an apprenticeship or a study in your home country, you are not permitted to work in Germany in this profession without recognition. Thus a professional qualification is necessary. Qualifying for recognition of your degree can be facilitated by the agency for employment.
