These are your tasks

▪ Technical and financial proposal preparation

▪ Staff Sourcing, Training and Monitoring

▪ Project management with respective country assignments

What you should bring

▪ Engineer or similar professional background

▪ Long-standing professional experiences of practical international projects in the sanitation sector

▪ Profound technical knowledge in the water and waste-water sector

▪ Knowledge of International Donor Business with special regard to KfW and GIZ

▪ First experiences in proposal writing and management of comprehensive projects

▪ Work experiences in development of Masterplans, Feasibility Studies, Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, Design and Tendering, based on KfW; GIZ and FIDIC contracts

▪ Establishing and monitoring of intercultural team works

▪ Coordination of team-structure comprising a mix of sub-consultants, individual experts and inhouse staff

▪ Interface Management related to Economics, Taxes and Fees & Institutional Strengthening

▪ Willingness to travel abroad

▪ Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking), French will be an asset
