Bachelor Professional - IT (IT-Beratung)

Samsung C&T Deutschland GmbH, as a branch of Samsung C&T Corporation, Seoul (Korea), has been active in import and export trade and in the development of new business for the Samsung Group since 1975. The business language is English.

Our Business Management Team includes Controlling and IT. Due to expansion in our work scope we are looking for support in our IT Team.

You will be responsible for our office in Schwalbach and additionally support our offices in Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Your tasks will be:

·       Reporting and managing status of network, server and firewall operated by 3rd party

·       IT Asset Management: Ordering, PC Set-up Support, In & Out Management

·       Operating PC Security Programs including real-time support

·       Operating, managing and controlling VPN including real-time support

·       Real-time issue supporting of internal & external systems

·       Setting up working place for employee

·       Managing and supporting video conference & web-meeting system

·       Guiding and operating of IT Service Requests

Required Qualification:

• You are currently enrolled in an IT-related degree programme (computer science, business informatics, etc.). IT working experience is advantageous, but not essential.
• Languages: English very good to fluent; German or Korean is advantage
• Analytical skills and understanding concept of system and its integration with SAP
• Willing to learn, self-driven and problem-solving skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
