Job Description

• Preparation of fresh ingredients for daily service
• Support of the cooks in preparing hot and cold dishes
• Preparation of salads, antipasti, side dishes, and simple components
• Assistance with mise en place before service
• Active support during evening service
• Simple plating and presentation of dishes according to kitchen instructions
• Checking products, materials, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation
• Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Preparazione degli ingredienti freschi per il servizio giornaliero
• Supporto ai cuochi nella preparazione di piatti caldi e freddi
• Preparazione di insalate, antipasti, contorni e componenti semplici
• Aiuto nell’organizzazione della mise en place prima del servizio
• Supporto attivo durante il servizio serale
• Impiattamento e presentazione semplice dei piatti secondo le indicazioni della cucina
• Controllo di prodotti, materiali e attrezzature di cucina
• Mantenimento della pulizia e dell’ordine nella postazione di lavoro
• Rispetto degli standard di igiene e sicurezza alimentare
• Përgatitja e përbërësve të freskët për shërbimin ditor
• Mbështetje e kuzhinierëve gjatë përgatitjes së pjatave të ngrohta dhe të ftohta
• Përgatitja e sallatave, antipastave, garniturave dhe komponentëve të thjeshtë
• Ndihmë gjatë organizimit të mise en place para shërbimit
• Mbështetje aktive gjatë shërbimit të mbrëmjes
• Rregullimi dhe prezantimi i thjeshtë i pjatave sipas udhëzimeve të kuzhinës
• Kontrolli i produkteve, materialeve dhe pajisjeve të kuzhinës
• Ruajtja e pastërtisë dhe rregullit në vendin e punës
• Zbatimi i standardeve të higjienës dhe sigurisë ushqimore

Requirements

• You have practical experience in a kitchen or in gastronomy
• You work carefully, cleanly, and with a strong sense of responsibility
• You are reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure
• You enjoy working in a team and supporting the cooks during service
• You are available to work full-time, 40 hours per week
• You are available for evening shifts, usually from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• You have knowledge of Albanian, Italian, or English
• A professional kitchen qualification is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Practical kitchen experience is more important than a formal qualification
• Hai esperienza pratica in cucina o nella gastronomia
• Lavori con attenzione, pulizia e senso di responsabilità
• Sei affidabile, organizzato/a e resistente allo stress
• Hai voglia di lavorare in team e di supportare i cuochi durante il servizio
• Sei disponibile a lavorare a tempo pieno, 40 ore alla settimana
• Sei disponibile per turni serali, generalmente dalle 16:00 alle 23:00
• Hai conoscenze della lingua albanese, italiana o inglese
• Una qualifica professionale in cucina è un vantaggio, ma non è obbligatoria
• L’esperienza pratica in cucina è più importante di un titolo formale
• Ke përvojë praktike në kuzhinë ose në gastronomi
• Punon me kujdes, pastërti dhe përgjegjësi
• Je i/e besueshëm/e, i/e organizuar dhe rezistent/e ndaj stresit
• Ke dëshirë të punosh në ekip dhe të mbështesësh kuzhinierët gjatë shërbimit

• Je i/e disponueshëm/e për turne në mbrëmje, zakonisht nga ora 16:00 deri në 23:00
• Ke njohuri të gjuhës shqipe, italiane ose angleze
• Kualifikimi profesional në kuzhinë është avantazh, por nuk është i detyrueshëm
• Përvoja praktike në kuzhinë është më e rëndësishme se një diplomë formale
