Adventure US? We are looking for you as

CNC Machining Engineer (m/f/d) / Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/f/d) Drehtechnik

to set up our new production facility at the HYTORC headquarters (New Jersey)

What you can expect:

• Employment in Germany at HYTORC Technologies with an exciting assignment abroad in our US headquarters for at least 12 months, preferably longer
• Training in our branch in Sprockhövel (approx. 6 months)
• Visa, relocation and accommodation will of course be organized and provided

Key Responsibilities

• Active participation in the development of a production facility for the production of turned-milled parts with a focus on small series and prototype production
• Development of process-reliable manufacturing strategies taking into account quality requirements to increase productivity
• Implementation of all necessary work steps from programming, setup and operation of the machine to the finished product

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English and a desire for an exciting time abroad and intercultural cooperation
• Technical understanding and experience in manufacturing (an advantage)
• You have completed apprenticeship as a Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/f/d) Drehtechnik
• Sound knowledge of programming CNC controls (ideally on Siemens 840D controls)
• Knowledge of CAM programming is an advantage
• Experience in the implementation of technical drawings with regard to the planning and organization of all necessary work steps
• A high sense of quality and responsibility as well as a prudent and solution-oriented way of working

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive machining tasks.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and move between production areas.
• Ability to work flexible schedules due to travel and training requirements.
